Nicole Morris has always had a passion for creativity and a love for people. Her journey began with volunteering for various organizations, which deepened her appreciation for community and artistic expression. A proud graduate of I.C. Norcom High School—Go Greyhounds!—she furthered her education at Norfolk State University, where she earned a degree in Management Information Systems. Go Spartans!
In December 2015, Nicole founded Creative Bait and has since transitioned to focusing on it full-time, following a calling from God. Embracing this role full-time allows for quicker project turnaround times and greater access to a hands-on CEO who is deeply committed to the work.
Beyond her business, Nicole is dedicated to creating a legacy for her three daughters, Mya, Zoe, and Sky. Together, they enjoy sharing jokes, making fun videos, playing basketball, and nurturing each other’s gifts and aspirations. Nicole also leads the “In the Middle” Life Group, a supportive community for women navigating life transitions, and serves as the Marketing Director for the CoVA Christian Chamber, supporting Christian business owners in the Hampton Roads area.
While Nicole is passionate about every facet of her business, her true joy comes from pouring into business owners, offering strategic guidance through the Holy Spirit, and praying for their success. She understands the vital role marketing plays for business owners and is committed to helping each client thrive.
